Freezing!

It seems we arrived back from our holiday just in time for a cold front to hit! It is freezing!

We had the strangest weather yesterday. It was raining when we woke up, now, in Jhb, it doesn't rain in winter! So, it was raining, and it rained most of the day. There were the odd lightning strikes in between too, but not a proper thunder storm, no... just a thunder clap every hour or two. BUT, the lightning was close enough to strike Angotull's office complex, and to make me turn off all the PCs in the house. Throw into the mix three bouts of hail, and the odd sunny moment, and you have an idea of the weather yesterday. And all through the day, you could feel it getting colder and colder! It was pretty freaky in a "Day After Tomorrow" kind of way.

Last night we decided to bring Wiggles to bed with us, for fear that he'd just get too cold on his own in bed. At least we all slept warm and snug together in our family bed. This morning we are bundled up in layers of clothes and jerseys!

I hate winter!!!!
